About Me

Hi, I’m Sara (she/her)!

I’m here to create a safe, non-judgmental environment for women to thrive in. I want to help you find joy in movement, improve aging, build a healthier relationship with food, and feel strong and at home in your body — on your own terms and values.

I’m passionate about creating lasting functional strength that keeps us going for decades, while always placing mental health first and foremost.

I’m a mom of two and I’ve experienced both being a stay at home parent for years as well as having a career in tech. My background includes certifications in personal training (NASM) and nutrition coaching (Precision Nutrition), and I’m currently studying at Santa Clara University’s Counseling Psychology master’s program to become a therapist. I believe that lasting change happens when we look at the whole person, not just the physical.

Let's start with a free call and go from there.

I chose to be a stay-at-home mom because I wanted to give my best to the kids. I knew it would be exhausting but nothing prepared me to lose my way as I did. Crushing mental load topped with general anxiety, lack of sleep, lack of purpose, lack of me being me. It wasn’t until my kids started school and daycare when I was able to start getting to know myself again 🥺

After years of being a stay-at-home mom and taking care of others, I feel like I’m crawling out of a cave to the sunlight. Goodbye diapers and having spit all over my clothes. Hello me, whoever I am again. Being so drowned in domestic chores for years, it took me quite a while to find balance, direction, purpose, and connection to myself again. It took me a near burnout and a near eating disorder to find my way to a healthy place where I take care of myself every day, be connected and aligned with myself. I wish I had someone to help me then, which is why I’m here to help you now!
