Nutritional Coaching
My focus for nutritional coaching is being able to support each client in their own unique goals, experiences and needs. Every person is different and so are their bodies. The better I get to know my client the better I can tailor a plan to help them reach their nutritional goals.
Nutritional coaching consists of online or in-person meetings at the frequency you want. Between these meeting I am available for online chatting, answering questions and giving support as needed. You got this!
Personal Training
My focus is to help women - before and after menopause - get strong and build a functional base that will promote good life quality into decades to come. Your workouts will be well rounded so that you will develop balance, increase muscle strength and move in a way that supports bone and joint health.
I train with my clients at a private gym in Mountain View (California), no membership needed, and you will find only trainers with their clients at this gym. Just book an appointment with me and I will take care of the rest!
